The double skin frame allows you to do away with a sliding door, in a plasterboard wall.
• The bins come with a galvanized steel structure. The thickness of the sides and rear profile is 0.5 mm, while for top and bottom profiles is 0.8 mm.
• The sides of the bins are made of corrugated sheet 100 mm wide vertical. The corrugated sheet gives greater rigidity to the structure. On the side there are horizontal profiles with thickness from 0.6 mm galvanized steel that in addition to strengthening the structure, facilitate the fastening of sheets of drywall.
• Cons 2 snap frames are complemented by spacers needed for installation.
The sliding system consists of:
A profile aluminium guide with PVC side profiles that define the thickness of the finished wall. In the wood stud side traverse is secured with nails while in the dumpster for slip.
A couple of blocks with ball bearings capacity 120 kg. The carriages are equipped with bolts and suspension brackets and latch bar to mount the door panel.
