DEOLEATORI FOR runoff

The Deoliatori, constructed of polyethylene, fully recyclable material, are to be used when it is necessary to
separation of oils of mineral origin (non-emulsified)
not soluble in water, present in the water coming from the leaching of yards, before delivery
into the public sewer or water body indicated by the Competent Authority. Such products are, in any case, the phase
Preliminary roughing of more complex systems.
Their operating principle is based on the use of pools of calm with a sub-fund
procedure, which is by way oils to float according to the physical mechanisms of gravimetric separation liquid-liquid; substances
remain trapped in separate inner compartment, while the
wastewater treated in the main basin pass through the opening in the bottom of the compartment
internal, and start the exit.

Base models are deoliatori that in the UNI EN 858/1 and 858/2 are defi ned CLASS II -Separatori to gravitational.

The "C" models are equipped with a reed valve for inducing coalescence process which means "union of multiple droplets into a single
drop ".

The models "CF" are provided in addition to the reed valve also a filter in polyurethane foam for further separation.

These products in the UNI EN 858/1 and 858/2 are defined CLASS I -Separatoricoalescent-and
allow to obtain a higher efficiency for the same volume. They are recommended in cases where
there are limits particularly restrictive.

Without prejudice to subject always the technical solution to the competent authority, to receive
positive opinion, we recommend:
- Mod. basis for discharge into the public sewer;
- Mod. "C" for discharge into surface waters;
- Mod. "CF" for discharge on the ground.

For the treatment of the waters coming from the leaching of piazzali the correct installation always foresees the presence of a
sedimentation basin upstream of the separator.
The choice of volumes allow more frequent recourse to smaller operations
maintenance and extraction of the oils separated. This applies even more so for
squares covered so you do not have available an estimated data flow, because the run-off is often linked to the details and
how often do you clean these surfaces.
