HYDRO WASHABLE PAINT FOR PLASTERBOARD

Composition
Gypsopaint is an emulsion paint for interiors with excellent coverage and high opacity, characteristics that make
particularly suitable for applications on plasterboard.
It is composed of acrylic copolymers, selected aggregates, titanium dioxide and specific additives to improve its applicability.
Use
Gypsopaint is an opaque finish for interiors on finishing plasters lime, lime-cement, gypsum and
plasterboard.
Preparation of the base
Carefully evaluate the surface to be coated must be free of loose, dry and free of dust and
dirt. Any traces of oil, grease, wax etc. should be removed, as are also removed
old chalking paints by brushing or sanding.
Particularly absorbent substrates should be treated with a bottom insulating alkali resistant strong
penetration which our FA 249 diluted about 1 to 5 - 1: 6 with water. It 'always advisable
carry out this treatment when the surface to be covered has very different levels of absorption.
Wait at least 28 days before applying Gypsopaint on new plaster.
Application
The product must be diluted 10-15% water. For best results we recommend applying the product with a roller
(Shorthaired) or airless.
Warnings
· Carefully evaluatethe conditions of consistency and adherence support.
· Avoid application at temperatures below + 5 ° C or above + 30 ° C and the relative humidity exceeds 75%.
· Only apply on dry, seasoned plasters.
Gypsopaint should be used to its original state without addition of other materials, except for the
dilution with water.
